Elizabeth received formal DEI education through her University of Southern California doctoral program, and she participated in an 18-month, executive-sponsored, DEI immersion program at a Fortune 50 bank. In 2020-2021, Elizabeth led an M&A integration, consolidating payroll, benefits, 401K, and performance management systems for 1,500-employees, to streamline and technologically unify two cultures.
Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wake Forest University; a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte; and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. She is a Senior Certified Professional for the Society of Human Resource Management and a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner.
