Katie Hoffman
Strategic HR Advisor
Katie Hoffman is an HR Advisor with over ten years of experience working directly with managers and leadership to optimize the performance and engagement of their workforce. She has experience in a variety of industries including media, healthcare, non-profit, and tech. Most recently, she supported the global marketing, product, and search quality functions at Indeed, Inc.
Serving as Senior HR Generalist, she focused on management coaching, performance management support and employee relations. Prior to Indeed, Katie served as the HR Manager for the Nashville Symphony, where she created and launched a new performance management program and employee engagement evaluation process. Katie received her master’s degree in leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Katie resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband and two-year-old son, Henry. She enjoys singing and playing piano for her son, exploring new parks with her family, and eating vegan baked goods.
