With a track record that exhibits extraordinary leadership in the overall achievements of organizations philosophies, missions, strategies, annual goals, and objectives. Paula’s successful contributions increased overall productivity and profitability by developing business partner relationships, creating cross-functional communications, building high-performing teams, and overseeing large-scale projects.
Paula is an advocate for leadership, diversity, and mentorship. As a national motivational speaker, Paula has touched the lives of many as she shares her signature presentation “Paula’s Ps”, which focuses on the” Passion in You”.
Paula holds an MBA from Dallas Baptist University and a long history of community involvement and board memberships.
