Dave Loeser
Founder of FutureSolve
Is a Founder of FutureSolve. Prior to FutureSolve, Dave was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Vice Chairman of NewDay USA. Prior to NewDay he headed Worldwide Human Resources at Unisys, where he built capabilities to enhance Unisys’s effectiveness and oversaw various P & L initiatives.
Before joining Unisys, Dave served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Mitel, Hostess Brands, CompuCom, Quaker State, and Continental Airlines. He was a Vice President of PepsiCo Human Resources and a Vice President and Division Manager at Frito Lay. He continues to serve on various boards.
Dave is an experienced Senior Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, consumer products, transportation, oil, and chemical and services industries. Dave has a strong human resources background with both broad international experience and line P & L leadership.
Dave earned his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina and his MBA
and Masters in Labor relations from the University of Toledo and Drexel University.
