Deborah Fulton

Deborah brings more than 25 years of Human Resources Leadership experience in both the service and manufacturing industries, managing the HR function in union and non-unionized environments. She possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and strives to implement creative solutions to meet challenging HR issues. Deborah is committed to achieving operational excellence by integrating HR best practices, technology, and standardized processes.

Deborah provides strategic guidance in such areas as HR program development & execution, performance coaching and management, compensation design and alignment, benefits sourcing, design and administration, talent sourcing, employee relations, legal compliance, and training and development. Her partnership with executive and operational leadership teams have resulted in a more satisfied, engaged and productive workforce.

She has a MBA in Operations Management, suma cum laude from Oakland University, Rochester, MI, and a BBA in Human Resources Management, suma cum laude from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI.

Deborah resides in Dallas, TX, loves animals, enjoys attending live sporting events, exploring different cuisines, and outdoor gardening.
