Jia Situ
Finance Officer
Jia is an experienced finance professional with a deep background in the software industry. She was among the first employees at HRsmart where she was hired by Founder Maan Hamdan in 2000. She stayed with the company until it was successfully sold to Deltek in 2015.
As HRsmart was one the pioneers in SaaS (Software as a Service) technology, Jia was on the front lines in practicing and perfecting GAAP revenue recognition principles that are now common practice in all Cloud software companies. This expertise was essential in the due diligence phase of the Deltek Acquisition.
Jia is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting.
