Stewart is a business focused Human Resources Executive with a proven record of success across a broad range of industries, applying HR strategies to advance business outcomes in pursuit of critical business goals and objectives.
Stewart possesses vast labor relations experience that includes four successful union decertification’s of Teamsters and CWA bargaining units, the most recent being in January 2020 working on a consulting basis for a national healthcare provider. He headed up two successful company campaigns to keep the Steelworkers and IAM out of the work place. Stewart also has been lead or second chair negotiator for nine union contract negotiations, within wage authority and without work stoppage, with the Teamsters, Steelworkers, OCAW, IBEW, IBOB and UNITE (Canadian bargaining unit).
Stewart earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial Relations from Rider University and his Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama.
