Patty is a Human Resources professional who brings over 22 years of HR management and advisory experience. She resides in Canada and is familiar and comfortable working with and advising on employment related matters in both Canada and the United States. Five years as HR Manager with Rockwell Automation earned Patty the HR expertise to impact the business in positive ways. Since Rockwell, Patty has been a Sr. HR Advisor for 12 years for clients throughout North America both large and small. She is adept at landing in organizations, quickly getting bearings and ready to take action in the most productive and positive ways. Patty focuses on cost savings and increasing client efficiencies.

Operational HR is her passion and she has been successful streamlining process to achieve efficiencies and cost savings. Other strengths include leadership training and development, human performance assessments, employee retention, and diversity and inclusion. Patty strategically uses HR tools for new emerging leaders, business optimization, M & A, smart downsizing, succession planning, compliance, hiring and more. She is a Certified Professional Human Resources leader and coach. She has great strength in Canadian and U.S. labor laws which is important for global companies.

Patty dedicates time to helping non-profits such as, striving for win-win solutions. She has a great sense of humor, loves spending time outdoors, travelling and feeding her cute and funny squirrels. She resides in Calgary, Alberta with her husband and two sons.
