Paul Rumsey brings over 25 years of global HR expertise with a focus on Learning & Development and Performance Management. Certified in executive coaching and various assessments, including DiSC and EQi-2.0, he crafts tailored solutions for leaders to drive growth, emotional intelligence, and engagement.
Previously, as SVP, HR Strategic Operations at Atrium Health (now Advocate Health), Paul oversaw system-wide HR alignment, merger integrations, and culture integration for 150,000 employees across 67 hospitals. He also served as Chief Learning Officer at Parkland Health, where he led learning initiatives for 12,000 employees, earning recognition from Becker’s Hospital Review and ATD-Dallas Axis Awards.
Paul’s experience extends to diverse sectors, including hospitality as Vice President of Global Learning and Development for TGI Fridays, and technology as Vice President at MicroStrategy. He’s known for driving impactful HR learning programs at UnitedHealth Group, fostering both professional growth and community engagement through non-profit involvement.
