Pat Robison is a seasoned HR and Total Rewards leader with 25+ years of experience with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to small, venture or private equity backed start-ups. Throughout her career Pat developed significant expertise managing Total Rewards teams responsible for the design, administration, and communication of global total rewards programs.

A critical thinker who continually applies various combinations of leadership, insight, innovation, creativity, and reason to interpret, analyze and evaluate complex issues; Pat is recognized for her business acumen and her ability to develop practical and sophisticated solutions. As a Total Rewards Consultant, Pat brings her expertise to bear on a project basis, helping companies with the full range of global total rewards projects from plan design to implementation for executive, management, professional, technical, sales and support roles.

Pat has a BBA in Business Management from Texas State University as well as SPHR, CCP and Leadership San Marcos certifications. In addition, she served as the Vice-President of Programs for the Central Texas Compensation & Benefits Association (CTCBA) from 2001 to 2005.
