Laura Eigel, Ph.D., is an executive coach specializing in individual and organizational solutions to advance key talent within organizations. She’s the host of You Belong in the C-Suite podcast, and author of Values First: How Knowing Your Core Beliefs Can Get You the Life and Career You Want.

Laura’s values of family, growth, development, achievement, advocacy, and balance have motivated her to lead authentically over her 20+ year career as a strategic talent and organizational development executive. She leverages her years of coaching experience across multiple business functions to coach executives to meet their personal and business goals. She has been an HR executive at PepsiCo and Frito-Lay North America, and in the c-suite as the Chief Learning Officer at YPO, leading the learning strategy for over 30K CEOs globally.

She’s an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University, and is on the faculty of 5050 Women on Boards, the leading global education and advocacy campaign driving the movement toward gender balance and diversity on corporate boards.

She partners with senior leadership teams in multiple industries to optimize talent management initiatives, build and execute employee development strategies, assess, retain and develop high potential talent, and increase employee engagement through survey measurement and action planning.

She received her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology at Southern Illinois University. She’s an alumni of the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. Laura is a true-crime podcast fan who loves indoor rowing. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband, two sons, and goldendoodle, Basil.
