Mike has over 20 years of experience in executive search, internal talent acquisition leadership, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. He is the Founder and CEO of a recruitment firm dedicated to building recruitment solutions for the SMB market.
Prior to Tastle Search, Mike helped launch a consumer practice for Kaye/Bassman International, a top-10 Executive Search firm, led Talent Acquisition for Hostess Brands, a multi-billion dollar CPG company filling in excess of 3,000 jobs annually, and was the Chief Operating Officer and acting CEO for Accolo RPO leading it to a successful acquisition. Mike is a native Texan, graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Management and Psychology, and is an advisor to technology startups within the recruitment industry.
