Bill is a management professional with over 35 years of experience in the human resources industry. He is highly knowledgeable and effective in leadership coaching and development, performance management, compensation and staffing. He is a certified leadership instructor and has facilitated leadership training sessions for hundreds of managerial, supervisor and professional employees.

He is skilled in all aspects of Human Resources operations, planning, administration and management.

Professional Experience and Accomplishments:

  • Over four years as the HR Manager for an Engineering and Project Management Consulting Company headquartered in California.  Responsible for the administration of compensation programs, benefits administration, leadership training and performance management programs for 200 employees.
  • Three years as a Senior Instructor with California Utility.  Delivered a wide variety of course content from executive development, supervisor skill building, team effectiveness training and onboarding over 250 new employees.
  • Over twenty-five years of strategic HR responsibilities with California Utility.  Responsibilities covered a wide variety of areas from the execution of operating plans, negotiating agreements with represented employees, facilitated reorganization programs, succession planning for executive and senior leadership positions, staffing of key managerial positions, annual compensation programs, and leadership coaching regarding highly sensitive performance issues.
